1) Can I cancel my order?

Before fulfillment (label not created):

We’ll cancel your order free of charge and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

After fulfillment (label created / shipped):
The order can no longer be canceled. You may refuse delivery or return the unopened item under our Return Policy (90 days) after the package arrives.

Tip: We recommend contacting us within 1–2 hours of placing the order for the best chance to cancel before fulfillment.

2) Can I change my order (address, item, quantity, color)?

• Address changes: Possible only before fulfillment. Once a label is created, we can no longer modify the address.
• Item/variant/quantity changes: Cancel & re-order is usually the fastest option. If the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we can cancel it for you so you can place a new one.

3) Pre-orders & made-to-order items

Pre-orders: You can cancel any time before we start fulfillment.

Custom/personalized items: Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a processing fee (we’ll confirm the amount before proceeding).

4) Digital goods, gift cards & final sale

• Digital downloads & gift cards: Non-cancelable and non-refundable once delivered/activated.
• Final-sale items: Not eligible for cancellation after purchase.

5) Fees (when applicable)

We don’t charge cancellation fees before fulfillment. If a parcel is already shipped and you refuse delivery, the refund will be processed minus any return shipping and carrier fees charged to us (if applicable). We’ll always be transparent before proceeding.

6) How to request a cancellation/change

Please email us with the subject “Cancel/Change Order – [Order #]” and include:

• Full name
• Order number
• The email/phone used at checkout
• The exact request (cancel, address change, item change)

7) Refund timeline

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.

• Credit/Debit cards: 3–10 business days (depending on your bank)
• PayPal/Other: Usually immediate to 5 business days

8) Packages marked delivered

If you wish to cancel after the courier shows “Delivered,” this is handled as a return. Please see our Return & Refund Policy (90 days) for eligibility

9) Order not delivered / carrier issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost in transit, or returned to sender due to a carrier issue, we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund according to our Shipping Policy and carrier investigation outcome.

10) Fraud prevention & security

For your protection, we may decline cancellation/change requests that conflict with our fraud-prevention checks, or ask for additional verification.
